Delivery within 24-72 hours in Greater Cairo and Alexandria, 72 hours to other governorates, and within 4 days for Upper Egypt, Red Sea, and Sinai governorates.

**Exchange and Return Policy**

Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt if unused.

You may refuse to accept the item for any reason.

All our products are for personal use. To ensure the safety of all our customers, we do not allow returns of used products that the customer has benefited from, as they become unsuitable for use.

Any consumable products that have been used or installed cannot be returned, as stated in the Consumer Protection Law and its implementing regulations.

If you purchased products on this platform and these products are **defective or expired**, then legal consumer rights apply. The product will be returned free of charge with a full refund + a discount coupon gift for you.

All returned products must be in their original packaging, and all accessories and any promotional items provided with the products must be returned. These attached accessories and promotional items are offered only on condition that you keep the products. To receive your refund, we recommend returning all attached accessories and promotional items. If you are unable to do so, you may have to pay us appropriate compensation.

**Are there return fees?**

If shipping was free, 30 EGP will be deducted for shipping and return costs. If the customer paid shipping costs, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

When returning a defective product, we bear all fees + a gift coupon for the customer.
