You can return unused products within 7 days from the date of receipt

Product Condition

The product must be unused and in its original condition with all attachments

Original Packaging

The product must be in its original packaging without any damage or tampering

Important Alert: Our products are intended for personal care and cannot be resold if used. Therefore, used products will not be accepted for return under any circumstances for health and customer safety reasons.

Refusing Receipt from the Courier

You have the right to refuse receipt of the shipment directly from the shipping courier without opening the package. In this case:

  • You can refuse to receive the shipment from the courier at the time of delivery
  • You will bear the round-trip shipping costs
  • The package will be returned to our warehouses
  • We will contact you to coordinate the refund (excluding shipping costs)

Advice: If you are unsure about wanting the product, it is preferable to refuse receipt from the courier directly to save time and simplify the return process.

Product Return Steps

If you have received the shipment and wish to return the unused product, follow these steps:

Submitting a Return Request

Contact the customer service team to submit a product return request within 7 days from the date of receipt. Please provide the order number and reason for return.

Contact from the Shipping Team

The shipping captain will contact you within two business days to coordinate a pickup time from your address.

Receiving the Shipment

The product will be picked up from your address and transferred to our warehouses. This process usually takes 4 business days.

Product Inspection

The product will be carefully inspected to ensure it has not been used and is in its original condition with all attachments and original packaging.

Refund

After confirming the product's condition, we will contact you to coordinate the preferred method for refund (bank account, electronic wallet, or original payment method).

Refund Period: The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of return approval, depending on the chosen payment method.

In Case of Proven Use or Tampering with the Product

We respect your right to return, but the product must be in its original condition. If it turns out that the product has been used or tampered with:

  • The product will be returned to you directly without accepting the return request
  • You will bear the round-trip shipping costs
  • In case of your refusal to receive the returned product, the shipment will be disposed of in accordance with legal procedures
  • No financial amounts will be refunded in this case

Reminder: We reserve the right to thoroughly inspect returned products. Any attempt to use the product and then return it will result in rejection of the return request.

Defective or Non-Conforming Product

We bear all costs in full + a special reward

Product Not Matching Specifications?

In case you receive a product that does not match the specifications or is defective, we will bear all costs in full without any exception. And as a reward for your patience, we will offer you a valuable gift with your next order as a sincere apology for the inconvenience.

Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or their packages opened
  • Products that have exceeded 7 days from the date of receipt
  • Customized products or made specifically based on your request
  • Products purchased during sales or special offers (unless otherwise stated)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Lost products or those without original attachments

Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product for another, you can follow the same return procedures and then place a new order for the desired product. We are currently working on simplifying the direct exchange process to save time and effort.

Advice: For a faster exchange, place the new order immediately upon submitting the return request to reduce waiting time.

Tips for a Smooth Return Experience

  • Keep the product's original packaging and all attachments until you are sure you want to keep it
  • Make sure not to open or use the product if you are considering returning it
  • Submit the return request within the specified period (7 days from the date of receipt)
  • Contact us immediately if there is any issue with the product upon receipt
  • Keep the purchase receipt and order number to speed up the return process
  • Cooperate with the shipping courier when picking up the returned product
