Each order will receive up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail due to unavailability or refusal, the package will be returned to our warehouse and full shipping fees will be charged.
Cancellation of Cash on Delivery
If three consecutive orders remain undelivered, Cash on Delivery will be permanently disabled for your account. You can still shop using other online payment methods.
Refusing a Delivery
If you refuse to receive your order, you will be charged the full shipping cost (both ways).
Return Costs
Return fees are equal to the original shipping fees and are paid by the customer.
