 Products that have not been used can be exchanged or returned after 14 days from the date of receipt

  You may refuse to receive the item for any reason

 All of our products are for personal use. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of all our customers, we do not allow the return of used products that the customer has benefited from because they become unusable.

 Any consumable products that have been used or installed cannot be returned. As stated in the Consumer Protection Law and its executive regulations

If you purchase products on this platform and these products are Defective or expired The consumer's legal rights then apply. The product will be returned for free and the money will be returned in full + a discount coupon as a gift to you

 All returned products must be in original packaging and all accessories and any enclosed promotional items provided with the products must be returned. These accessories and the accompanying promotional items are provided only on the condition that you retain the products. For a refund, we recommend returning all included accessories and promotional items. If you are unable to do so, you may have to pay us appropriate compensation for this.

 Are there fees for returns?

If the product is not defective and in its original condition and you change your mind after receiving it, you can apply to Return request 

If the shipping is free, 30 pounds will be deducted from the shipping and return value

If the customer pays the shipping cost, the original shipping costs will not be refunded
